Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. I am expecting a baby *imminently* and it’s possible that may cause delays depending on when you place your order.

In the unfortunate event that something should break in the mail please send me an e-mail with an image of the damaged good so I can refund you as soon as possible. These things happen.

Domestic Shipping

Orders to addresses within 25km of St. John’s or Conception Bay South will be hand-delivered. All other orders within Canada will be shipped with Canada Post or an alternative carrier for a flat rate of $20.

International Shipping (Including USA)

Sorry, but we don’t ship internationally at this time.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Foxtrap Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
