Refund Policy

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on goods. Before purchasing please take a look at all images posted and note the description. I do my best to highlight any little quirks a pot might have. All items are handmade and little imperfections are what give them charm and character and any imperfections out of the norm (for e.g. cracks or glazing issues) I am careful to point out.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Breakage during shipping is a risk and it happens. Email me at lynn@foxtrapstudio.ca. so I can issue a refund…or in some cases (depending on your timeline and wishes) make a replacement.
